Responsible for roll out of new health care systems. Led joint development of the first AI assistants. Improved the accuracy of health businesses financial processes by collaborating with MDs, coding specialists and IBM research to train and install the IBM Watson systems. Dr. Raaen was the IBM North America member to HL7 International.
